Winter driving gear list
3 min read · ADR Gear

Cold months make everything take longer. A few simple items in the vehicle make a wait easier.
Here is a list to start from.
Light
Days are short.
Keep a charged flashlight within reach, such as the Rechargeable LED Work Flashlight.
Be seen
A vest fits over a winter jacket if you pick a roomy size.
See the Hi-Vis Vest Two Pack and the Reflective Warning Triangle Set.
Pack the extras
Gloves, a warm hat and a blanket belong on your own list.
We do not sell them, and this list is only a suggestion.
Or start with the bundle
The Roadside Driver Kit Bundle is a convenient start.
This gear does not replace any equipment, training or paperwork your work or local rules require.
A cold weather routine
Do a quick check at the start of the season. Charge the flashlight, open the vest and check the strap, and make sure the triangles still fold and open. Put the bag where you can reach it without digging.
The light is from $21, the vest pack is $19 and the triangle set is $41. Together they come to $81, so shipping is free over $75. Pick a roomy vest size so it goes over your jacket, and check our driver gear for the range.
