Do your items meet a regulation or standard?
We do not sell any item as meeting a specific regulation or standard. Each page lists the materials, size and contents we know, and the guide on this site explains what each item is.
Can I use a spill kit for any liquid?
Our oil and fuel kit is made for oil-based liquids. Please read the page notes, and follow your local rules for disposal.
How do I clean the gear?
Wipe the reflective panels of the warning triangles with a soft cloth, and keep the flashlight's charging port dry. Hand wash vests cool and air dry.

Final sale and claims
Can I return my order?
All sales are final, so we cannot take items back for a change of mind. Please check the size and contents on the product page before you order. See our shipping and refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery. We send a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. We refund you in full.
